6/12/18 Fishing Report

June fishing has been above average around Rocky Point. Jigging with frozen shiners or minnows is still working well. We’re starting to move into spinner action with crawlers. Gold is a good choice for tackle, with any neon accents. We’re fishing at the reefs in 28-33′ of water and also seeing nice action near Willow Creek and Lambertson’s in 4-10′ of water. Guests are catching a mixed bag of sauger and walleye, with quality keepers, as well as some very nice slot fish. Move around, change up your presentation, and you’ll most likely go home with dinner and some extra. Best of luck!
