Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am in the summer and 10am in the winter.
Rates are per person/per night. Children 17 and under stay free in the summer. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit.
All packages subject to state and local taxes.
A $75 deposit (per person) is required to confirm a reservation in the winter. A $50 deposit (per person) is required for a summer reservation. Groups that show up with lower numbers will not receive credit for deposits for no-shows. Deposits are non-refundable unless a 60 day advance notice is given. The deposit may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given. Checks are also accepted.
Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to 45 days prior to arrival.
Arnesen’s Rocky Point is a pet-friendly resort. There is a maximum of two dogs per cabin. A pet fee of $15 per day is required for each pet. Pet fee will be waived for service dogs. Pets must never be left unattended in the cabin unless they are refined to a crate. Owner assumes responsibility for all damages. Cats are not allowed.
The resort is a non-smoking resort. A $100 deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in your cabin.
All guests are responsible for their own proper licensing through the State of Minnesota. Arnesen’s Rocky Point does not sell fishing licenses. Licenses are available through 1-888-665-4236 (1-888-MN-LICENSE).
