Captain Joey says the sleeper fish houses are at Cooker’s Reef in 24′-29′. We are moving east when we are bumping fish houses. Lots of limits are being caught in between those depths. Jigging with pink and gold Dinner Bell lures, chartreuse and orange Buck-Shot, Tinglers and like spoons with whole minnows is catching fish very well. Smaller Tungsten jigs are also a good choice. On dead sticks, we’re catching fish with pink or orange hooks with a slip bobber. Captain Cole says the day fish houses are producing in 24′-36′. We are on the move to our annual reef spots and fishing the mud on our way there. We are still in our light equipment at this time.
