Here’s your latest fishing report from Captain Cole Buley on beautiful Lake of the Woods. We’re currently fishing in the following areas: Gull Rock, Twin Island, 12 Mile and Arnesen’s Reef. Our houses are staged anywhere from 21′ to 32′ of water. We’ve seen ice thickness anywhere from 18 inches to 4 ft. The bite is better now that we’re getting to areas we normally fish. White, gold, silver, pink and green have been hot colors this week. Smaller hooks and jigs are working best; that more natural presentation seems to be getting it done. Good luck!
