Fishing has been above average on our side of Lake of the Woods. It has been excellent on the mud flats, as well as the reef areas. We are fishing between 26-30 ft. The walleye are plentiful. We’re not seeing the higher number of saugers, but rather quality size. Hot tackle this week: Big Shaker, red Lindy Flyer, red and white Gemini, red and green Gemini. A full minnow hooked through the back has been a successful setup. Vexilars have been boosting your catch by about 30%. Best of luck out there!
