Here’s your latest fishing report from Captain Jase Lamberson on beautiful Lake of the Woods. The bite has been fair around Rocky Point. Some anglers are having good luck, while others say it’s taking a bit more work to get them to bite. We’re fishing anywhere from 27-33 feet of water. Electronics are very important for catching fish and you will have to work the fish off the bottom. Changing colors is key to figuring out what the fish want. Fish houses are heated with safe and convenient gas wall units with two holes available per person. With the fish houses, all the bait is included. You are responsible for your own tackle and poles. We also have sleeper fish houses for those that don’t want to leave the ice!
