2/10/25 Fishing Report
Here’s our latest fishing report from Captain Tim “Wingnut” Hill on Lake of the Woods!
Fishing continues to be very good around Rocky Point. We are seeing solid numbers of fish of all sizes. By the end of the day, many guests are catching limits of walleye and sauger with bonus perch, too. We are working off the reefs, and depths anywhere between 25-32 ft. have been successful. Always be ready for the bite to change, though; switching up colors/lures, jigging and using electronics to entice the bite helps considerably. Dead sticks/bobbers with a plain hook or red eye jigs are working, too. The crew is moving houses around to stay on top of the fish. Overall, February is bringing a consistent bite and we look forward to seeing you out on the ice. ~ Wingnut
