Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.

RESORT OCCUPANCY
Rates are per person/per night. Children 17 and under stay free in the summer. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit.

TAXES/FEES
All packages subject to state and local taxes.

DEPOSIT
A $100 deposit (per person) is required to confirm a reservation. Groups that show up with lower numbers will not receive credit for deposits for no-shows. Deposits are non-refundable unless a 45 day advance notice is given. The deposit may be charged to MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given. Checks are also accepted.

CANCELLATION
Reservations may be cancelled, or stays shortened, up to 45 days prior to arrival.

PET POLICIES
Arnesen’s Rocky Point is a dog-friendly resort. There is a maximum of two dogs per cabin. A pet fee of $30 per day is required for each pet. Pets must never be left unattended in the cabin unless they are refined to a crate. Owner assumes responsibility for all damages. Cats are not allowed. We reserve the right to charge up to a $200 deep cleaning fee for excessive pet hair removal.

SMOKING
The resort is a non-smoking resort. A $200 deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in your cabin.

FISHING LICENSES
All guests are responsible for their own proper licensing through the State of Minnesota. Arnesen’s Rocky Point does not sell fishing licenses. Licenses are available through 1-888-665-4236 (1-888-MN-LICENSE).
