Arnesen’s Rocky Point has a fleet of modern charter boats, which are equipped with depth finders, global positioning systems and downriggers.

Our captains are experienced, licensed by the United States Coast Guard, and are experts at a variety of fishing methods like drifting and trolling with spinners, jig fishing, bobber fishing and downrigging.

There are more than 15 major reefs within 4 miles of Rocky Point. You’ll catch a mixed bag at Rocky Point — walleye, sauger, northern pike and perch.

Rocky Point provides the poles, tackle, bait and fish cleaning as part of your charter fishing experience. Guests should plan to bring a fishing license, layered clothing for weather changes, sunscreen and a cooler with food/beverage.

Full and half day trips are available, with a maximum of 6 guests per boat. Guests can choose from several of our charter fishings and lodging package options. Click here for our open water rates.

Guests who want to experience Lake of the Woods on their own, but just don’t have the transportation to do so have the option to reserve one of our rental boats. We have 18’ Lunds, as well as a Boston Whaler and Wellcraft. Gas and life jackets are provided with the boat rental.
