Position:

Part-Time Dishwasher

Duties:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces as needed.
• Assist with trash and recycling removal.
• Help with basic kitchen tasks as directed by the cook or manager.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the team during busy shifts with a positive attitude.
  

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required — training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Team player who takes pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly.

Pay/Benefits:

Position:
Part-Time Office Staff

Duties:
The office staff will be responsible for general office duties including answering phones, taking reservations and responding to guests/visitors. Assist guests at arrival and departures. Clean Rock Harbor as needed. Stock Inventory.

Shift:
Shifts vary depending on daily responsibilities. Both day and evening shifts are available.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Computer skills with basic understanding of Google Platforms (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
• Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling credit card transactions
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, energetic and the ability to be a problem-solver
• Flexibility to work weekends

We offer steak, seafood, sandwiches, soup and more. We are looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. 

Position:
Part-Time Server

Shift:
Varying days of the week between the hours of 3pm – 10pm. 

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking food and beverage orders, entering in POS system, delivering meals, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and any promotions.
• Handle payments, make change, and balance cash drawers as needed.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Clear and reset tables quickly between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Full-time, part-time or seasonal positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• The housekeeping staff will be responsible for cleaning cabins, restrooms, lodge, and other work areas as necessary. 
• Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and toiletries.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all areas as needed.
• Wash, dry and fold laundry. 
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and have the physical strength and stamina to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Flexibility to work weekends

Shift:
Varying days of the week between the hours of 7am-5pm.
