Arnesen’s Rocky Point is a family owned and operated fishing resort in Northern Minnesota. We offer cabin rental, charter boat fishing, small boat fishing and ice fishing. We are looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. 

Position:
Full & Part-Time Office Staff

Duties:
The office staff will be responsible for general office duties including answering phones, taking reservations and responding to guests/visitors. Assist guests at arrival and departures. Clean Rock Harbor as needed. Stock Inventory.

Shift:
Shifts vary depending on daily responsibilities. Both day and evening shifts are available.

Requirements:

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Customer experience preferred
• Computer skills 
• Self-motivated, energetic and the ability to be a problem-solver
• Reliable

Duties:
The housekeeping staff will be responsible for cleaning cabins, restrooms, lodge, and other work areas as necessary. Wash, dry and fold laundry. Experience cleaning is helpful but will train. 

Shift:
Varying days of the week between the hours of 7am-5pm. Seasonal and year round positions available.

Requirements:
– Self-motivated and energetic
– Strong attention to detail
– Reliable
– Valid Driver’s License
– Flexibility to work weekends
– Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods

We offer steak, seafood, sandwiches, soup and more. We are looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. 

Position:
Full and Part-Time Evening Cooks

Duties:
Prep and cook for evening dinner with assistance from Head Cook. Kitchen duties include cleaning, meal prep, and fulfilling orders while following food sanitation guidelines. Previous experience preferred, but willing to train. 

Shift:
Varying days of the week between the hours of 3pm – 10pm.

– Ability to multi-task
– Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
