Here’s your latest fishing report from Captain Tim “Wingnut” Hill on beautiful Lake of the Woods. We have all of our houses out and we’re fishing in 29-30 ft. of water. They’re catching mostly saugers with walleye mixed in. Several bigger walleyes being caught up to 30 inches. Mainly dead stick fishing, but jigging with electronics is working, too. Fish are tight to the bottom, so keep it close, around 6 inches off the bottom. Best of luck!
We are taking ice fishing bookings through March. We have both sleeper fish house
and day house availability. Call us at 218-442-7215 to make your reservation. We look forward to welcoming you to Lake of the Woods!
